"The thrid condition" or all is not lost yet.

Who is this article about? It is about men at 35, 45 or 55 who are less concerned about women, wine, hair loss, opinions of others, and sports. Those who find more pleasure in sitting in front of the TV or computer, in soft slippers, with lots of tasty food and in passive rest. They have some pains here and there, nothing major, but still. And certain WISHES more often than not don't match certain CAPABILITIES. Sometimes, when looking at their image in the mirror, they conclude that the only heaven left for them is their memories. Basically, the person is not yet ill, but is already not well. Such condition is referred to by scientists as the "third condition". Usually such individuals are overweight, have high blood pressure, insomnia and fatigue. They are out of shape, irritable, suffer from frequent colds and headaches and have difficulty breathing. All theses symptoms are not caused by organic changes, but are a result of detrimental lifestyle, inability to relax and desire for comfort and instant gratification. As is well known, nothing is for free. In this case, comfort comes at the price of health. But maybe the outlook is not so grim?

Now calculate the total. If the total score is below 10, then your risk of infarction at this time is negligible. If the score is between 11-18, the risk is minimal, but there is a tendency for its increase. This is a reason to see a doctor and to amend your lifestyle. If the score is 19-25 the risk is obvious. Immediately see a doctor. Causes and methods to minimize the impact of harmful factors must be found. If your score is 26-32 or higher, your situation is very serious. You need to visit a medical office and undergo a detailed physical examination. Based on the examination, a program is worked out to strengthen the heart and blood vessels, respiratory and nervous systems and the musculo-skeletal system. Advice of Christian Barnard.
This cardiothorassic surgeon is world renowned for being the first to conduct a heart transplant surgery. For those who are in the 'third condition' this famous doctor advises to throw away the scales and forget about the radical diets. He recommends proper nutrition and emphasizes understanding the fact that without optimal physical stress load, losing weight for the good of the heart is impossible. Physical exercises and sports help lower the risk of a heart attack by 72 percent. Even a smoker, who performs physical exercises lowers his risk by 40 percent compared to his counterpart who smokes but does not exercise. Try to avoid noise and screaming matches. Without them, there would be 16 percent less heart attacks. Sleep well! Have lots of sex! No method is as effective at fighting stress as sex.

Have faith, but do your part.
This advice, is pointless if it does not elicit an understanding that this is the last chance to prevent serious illnesses. Even if you feel absolutely healthy for now, you must undergo a once a year physical - on an odd chance that something might need finetuning, prophylaxis or prevention. And don't cite lack of time as the reason not to go. Get your act together and come see us!.
